Who can use Partner Admin, and what must be ready before member launch?
Partner Admin access is limited to authorized OceSha personnel and selected partner administrators where appropriate for the program. Ordinary OceSha AI users do not have Partner Admin access. Before a partner program can be made available to members, its configuration must be complete. Once configured, the organization can receive a link to distribute to eligible members.
Who gets Partner Admin access
Selected partners can receive administrative access when their program calls for it. Partner Admin is used to configure partner and white-label or co-branded experiences; it is separate from an ordinary OceSha AI user account.
What to configure before launch
Partner Admin covers partner-specific branding and program configuration. Applicable organization information can include the organization name, website, logo, short description, welcome message, primary contact name, and contact email. Complete the configuration before making the program available to members.
Preparing the member introduction
A configured program can include a Launch Kit to help introduce it to members. Resources may include a newsletter announcement, member email template, website button, social media post, one-page PDF, or downloadable collection of launch assets. Availability varies by program. Partner administrators may also have options to schedule a call, view instructional material, or contact support while preparing the launch.
