Manage and reuse previously generated content

Quick answer

Use the Content Library as your central workspace for content created or stored in OceSha AI. Browse historical content by type to find a blog, episode, clip, image, or social post. Review the source you want to build on, then use it to plan derivative assets for other formats.

Find content by type

The Content Library has a separate management area for each content type, so start with the format of the asset you are looking for. Its major categories include Blogs, Episodes, Clips, Images, and Social Posts. Browse the relevant area to locate historical content before deciding what to revise or reuse.

Choose a source for new assets

A substantial source can become multiple derivative assets. Once you find a piece worth building on, consider which parts would work in another format. For example, an existing blog or episode can be a starting point when planning social posts. Keep the original source in view as you decide what the new asset should communicate.

Review and manage generated images

Find generated images under Content Library → Images. You can open an image to inspect it in greater detail before deciding whether to publish or retain it. You can also select one or more images for available management actions. Deleting an image requires confirmation before removal.

Continue toward publication

After locating and reviewing an asset, use the workflow for its format to continue preparing it for publication. If your next step is a social post, you can explore how to turn existing material into posts. If the asset is ready for a final check, follow the review, publishing, or scheduling guidance for that content.
