Move AI-generated content from review to publication
Generating content in OceSha AI does not make it public. Find the item, review and refine it, then choose a publishing destination available to your account. You can publish immediately or schedule it when that option is available. The actions you see depend on the content type and your connected services.
Find the content you want to publish
Check the bottom of the Dashboard for generation progress, newly generated content, and item status. For older generated or published content, use the applicable content management area.
Review before you make it public
Open the generated item and review its content. You can refine AI-generated material before publication; editing and preview options depend on the content type. Make your publishing decision after checking the version you want your audience to see.
Choose a destination and timing
Select from the publishing destinations available to your account, which may include your Authority Page or supported connected social channels. Publish immediately, or choose scheduling when it is available for that content and destination. External distribution depends on the relevant connected accounts and publishing integrations.
Check what happened next
An item may be generated, scheduled, or published; those are different states. Check its status in the Dashboard or the appropriate management area. For social content, Social Posts can show publication status and, where applicable, distribution destinations.

Is generated content visible to my audience right away?
No. Content can exist in OceSha AI before you publish it.
Why might I not see a scheduling option?
Scheduling depends on the content type, available connections, and available scheduling capabilities.
Where can I check whether a social post was published?
Look in Social Posts for its publication status and, where applicable, its distribution destination.
Find the item in the Dashboard or its content management area, check the available destinations, and choose whether to publish now or schedule.
